The proposed site is made up of 3 separate land parcels of land located at Allington Lane. These are identified as Parcels A, B and C in the location plan below and outlined in red. These land parcels are in a sustainable location close to facilities of both Bishopstoke and Fair Oak, with access to public transport links and those proposed at One Horton Heath.
